Sony has announced that its next State of Play presentation will take place on June 2nd at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm BST (UK) / 11pm CEST.
The presentation is set to last more than 60 minutes, featuring “updates, announcements, and gameplay reveals from top studios around the world.”
Next month’s presentation will also include a new look at Insomniac’s Wolverine game, which is set to release on September 15th.
As for what else could be revealed, we could be set to see more of Horizon Hunters Gathering from Guerrilla Games, with the multiplayer spinoff currently set for a fresh round of playtests later this week.
It’s also possible that we could get a new look at Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet from Naughty Dog, following the game’s reveal back in 2024.
Elsewhere, Square Enix have hinted that a reveal for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 could be soon, perhaps the final part of the remake trilogy gets a full reveal during Sony’s presentation.
Sony published Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls is also expected to appear, with the game currently scheduled to release in August.
Next month’s State of Play looks set to kick off a big month for game announcements and reveals, with Summer Game Fest, Day of the Devs and the annual Xbox Games Showcase all taking place later that week.
