Ubisoft has detailed post-launch plans for its Breath of The Wild-like RPG Immortals Fenyx Rising. As part of the game’s Season Pass, players will get access to three story expansions: A New God, Myths of The Eastern Realm, and The Lost Gods.
A New God is the game’s first DLC which sees Fenyx travel to Olympus to meet with the gods to undertake the trial of Olympians. In order to join the inner circle of the Pantheon, Fenyx will have to survive a “series of challenging vaults built by the gods themselves.”
The second expansion, Myths of the Eastern Realm, will explore the realm of Chinese mythology as players take the role of a brand new hero, Ku. Myths of The Eastern realm will have you explore a brand new open world with new enemies and fighting styles based on Chinese martial arts.
Finally, The Lost Gods will return to the realm of Greek Mythology with another new hero, Ash. Having been chosen by Fenyx, Ash sets out to a new island in search of the lost gods to help bring balance back to the world. The Lost Gods also introduces a new gameplay style, featuring top-down views and brawler-style combat.
The Season Pass is available as part of Immortals Fenyx Rising’s Gold Edition or can be purchased separately for those who may prefer to pick it up later down the line; those who do purchase the Season Pass will also receive access to a bonus quest in the main game called ‘When the Roads Get Rocky’.
Ubisoft also announced that free post-launch content such as daily quests, weekly dungeons and in-game events will also be coming to the game.
