FIFA and Madden’s next-gen versions arrive in December

EA has announced that both FIFA 21 and Madden NFL 21’s next-gen versions are set to release on December 4th.

As for what to expect from these next-gen versions, players will benefit from faster loading times, enhanced animation technology and new player detail with deferred rendering and lighting. For those who plan to play on PS5, both games will also make use of the Dualsense’s haptic feedback, though EA hasn’t specified how as of yet.

As previously announced, players will also be able to carry over progress from select modes on both titles: for Madden NFL 21, you’ll be able to transfer your progress from all Franchise modes, The Yard and Madden Ultimate Team. For FIFA 21 Players, progress from Volta and Ultimate Team will be brought over to your next-gen console.
