The Brotherhood of Steel make their way to Fallout 76 in December

The Brotherhood of Steel are set to return to Appalachia this December as part of Fallout 76’s Steel Dawn update – Ad Victoriam!

The announcement was made by Bethesda alongside a teaser for the upcoming update, giving a players a glimpse of what to expect, including what looks to be the Brotherhood’s Appalachian headquarters.

Steel Dawn will not only feature a new set of quests but also new NPCs, locations and gear. The update is also set to introduce C.A.M.P shelters: indoor, instanced C.A.M.Ps where players can express their creative building skills without some of the restrictions of the open world of West Virginia. For those who play on PC, some of these new features are already available in the game’s Public Test Server (PTS) to try out and submit feedback on.

The Steel Dawn update won’t be the last encounter players have with the Brotherhood of Steel, as Bethesda also announced that more story content will be arriving in 2021.

Fallout 76’s lifespan has been a rollercoaster ride filled with far more lows than highs, but it is encouraging to see Bethesda’s continued support for the live service title.
