Sony has revealed a limited edition Wolverine-themed PlayStation 5 console, alongside matching accessories.
The Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle features a yellow PS5 with Wolverine artwork across the top of the console. Sony has said that the bundle will contain a digital-only version of the PS5, meaning that a disc drive will need to be purchased separately in order to play physical game discs.
The bundle will also include a matching black and yellow DualSense controller. Anyone who already owns a PS5 Slim or a PS5 Pro will be able to buy the console covers separately.
A steel coloured Adamantium console cover will also be available exclusively for PS5 Pro, as well as a matching silver and black coloured controller (seen below).
The limited edition console and accessories will be released on September 15th, with pre-orders on PlayStation Direct starting on August 19.

The artwork that appears on both consoles was designed by artist Mark Simpson, who’s better known by his pen name “Jock”. Simpson also worked on the cover art for the game, as well as artwork for Batman: One Dark Knight and Green Arrow Year One.
“I wanted to show Wolverine at his fiercest for Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition PS5 Console bundle and accessories,” Simpson said.
“ I still draw all my artwork traditionally, so the opportunity to marry cutting-edge hardware with the energy and looseness of hand-drawn ink is incredibly exciting.
“I’m stunned by how well the console and accessories captured the raw energy of the drawing, bringing Wolverine to life in a completely unique way.”
