Nintendo has announced that the next Nintendo Direct presentation will take place this week.
Lasting roughly 30 minutes, the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will take place on Thursday, February 5th at 6am PT / 9am ET / 2pm GMT.
This week’s direct will be a partner showcase, which generally focus on third-party and indie titles rather than first-party titles. The direct will feature games for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
Plenty of third-party titles have already been confirmed for Switch 2, including Resident Evil Requiem, 007 First Light, Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition.
The last Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase was held in July 2025 and featured titles such as Octopath Traveler 0, Star Wars Outlaws and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment.
As for Nintendo’s first-party output, Mario Tennis Fever is set to release on February 12th, Pokémon Pokopia on March 5th and Super Mario Bros. Wonder Switch 2 edition on March 26. Nintendo also has Yoshi and the Mysterious Book releasing in Spring 2026 and Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave releasing sometime in 2026.
