Sony has officially revealed July’s monthly games for PlayStation Plus Essential subscribers. The announcement comes after the line-up was once again leaked by Dealabs user billbil-kun, who has accurately revealed PlayStation Plus’ monthly games for over a year.
Starting on July 4th, subscribers will be able to add Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Alan Wake Remastered and Endling – Extinction is Forever to their libraries. All three games are playable on both PS4 and PS5. All three titles will be available to claim until Monday, July 31st.
PlayStation Plus Essential is one of three subscription tiers that Sony began offering last summer, with the other two being PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium. All tiers offer benefits such as online play and the monthly games line-up, with the Extra and Premium tiers offering added bonuses such as a library of modern and classic games, which feels more similar to Xbox Game Pass.
The current monthly games line-up features NBA 2K23 (PS4/PS5), Jurassic World Evolution 2 (PS4/PS5) and Trek to Yomi (PS4/PS5). All of these titles will be available to claim until July 3rd, before being replaced with July’s line-up the following day.
As always, once the games are added to your library, you’ll be able to play them whenever you want as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus subscriber.
