Ahead of this summer’s European championships kicking off on Friday, Epic Games have announced that England captain Harry Kane and Germany’s Marco Reus will be coming to Fortnite.

The football stars will be available in the game’s store as part of the Icon series from Friday June 11th at 8PM pacific time (that’s 4AM on June 12th here in the UK). Both players will also have a unique back bling and emote, with Marco Reus getting the Marcinho set, and Harry Kane getting the HurriKane set. Both sets can be seen below:

Furthermore, Epic will be hosting the Fortnite Euro 2020 Cup next week, with entries open to all players with a level 30+ account and two-factor authentication enabled.

The competition will consist of two rounds, with the first round commencing on June 16th before the second round takes place the following day. Players who rank in the top 1000 in their region (or top 500 for Middle East, Asia and Oceania) will progress to the second round for a chance to earn a share of the $50,000 prize pool.

Additionally, all players who earn at least 10 points during the competition will receive the Winner’s Cup emoticon, while players who earn 20 points or more will get the Kick It! spray.

This isn’t the first time Epic has brought football stars to their popular battle royale game. Back in April, Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar Jr was added to the game’s battle pass, featuring two unique looks.
